- The Big Chill - Hosted at Downtown Racine's Monument Square, January 15-17th, teams of artists work to carve sculptures from 6'x6'x10' (5,ooo lb.!!!) blocks of snow. Don't miss your chance to see these amazing works in person and vote for your favorite! There will also be ice sculptors carving from small blocks in front of the shops along Main and Sixth Streets.
